30 minutes for tear down/cleaning
Rental Fee: $350 ( $200 deposit required)
- Seating for up to 80 guests; Building accommodates up to 150
- Tables and chairs provided
- Kitchen, separate bar area, and back patio space
- LCD television with laptop connectivity available for presentations
- Attendant to assist with cleaning
*Rate applies to showers concluding by 5pm. After 5pm, rental rates increase to $375 per hour.
